Spriha is an engineering undergrad from India. She received admission to Columbia Business School, Kellogg School of Management and UVA's Darden School of Business. 

Spriha  is the first student from her undergraduate institute to receive a deferred admit to  top business schools. Her passion for mentoring stems from her experience of navigating both her tech and her MBA application journey with limited exposure and resources. While in college, Spriha completed internships with startups and tech giants such as Salesforce. She founded LeanIn and Mentorship Cell in her college to narrow the opportunity gap. 

She currently works as Software Developer at Salesforce and continues to widen her knowledge in the tech industry. A trekker and reader at heart, Spriha also records spoken poetry in nature!
