E-guides may only be returned if the customer has not accessed the e-guide. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To return an e-guide, please contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Coaching refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and may not always represent 100% of the coaching cost.The following are examples of situations where we may issue a full refund for coaching:
- The coach did not show up for an appointment and the client is uninterested in rescheduling the appointment.
- The client is not satisfied with the coaching.
- The client is unable to complete the coaching due to unforeseen circumstances.
To request a refund for coaching, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and make a decision on whether or not to issue a refund.
Free content is not eligible for refunds.
